Effective May 9, 2025, the Water Use Reporting System (WURS) will be closed. Where Water Act licences require the submission of reports of water use, water level and water chemistry monitoring:

• Licensees regulated by the Alberta Energy Regulator (AER) must submit those reports using OneStop (available on June 2, 2025).
• Licensees regulated by Environment and Protected Areas (EPA) must submit those reports using the Digital Regulatory Assurance System (DRAS).
